Sub-processors
Effective from [Effective date]
These are the third parties we use to provide BookPet that may process personal data, including the customer data businesses collect through BookPet. Each is bound by a data processing agreement with us. See section 16 of our terms of service for how we add or change sub-processors.
| Company | What they do for us | Data involved | Location and transfer safeguards |
|---|---|---|---|
| Cloudflare, Inc. (and its group companies) | Website and application hosting (Workers); database (D1); file storage for logos and uploads (R2); background jobs (Queues); sending emails (Email Service); bot protection (Turnstile); network security. | All data in the service, including account data and the customer data businesses collect. | Global network. Database and storage created with EU location settings where available [confirm at deployment]. Transfers covered by Cloudflare’s data processing addendum, including the UK International Data Transfer Addendum and Cloudflare’s certification to the EU–US Data Privacy Framework and its UK Extension. |
| Stripe Payments Europe, Ltd. and Stripe, Inc. | Subscription billing for businesses using BookPet: checkout, card processing, invoices, the billing portal and, if applicable, VAT calculation. | Business account holders’ billing details (name, email, billing address, payment method). Not your customers’ booking data. | Ireland and the United States. Transfers covered by Stripe’s data processing agreement and its Data Privacy Framework certification and UK Extension. |
Changes
We’ll update this page and email account holders at least [30] days before adding or replacing a sub-processor.
If we add online deposits for your customers in future (through Stripe Connect), Stripe would also process those customers’ payment details. We’ll update this list and tell you before that feature is switched on.
