Yes. Every price on this site includes VAT, so the price you see is the price you pay. Most small pet businesses aren’t VAT-registered, so we show the number that actually leaves your account.
You get 14 days free with no card needed. Your booking page works straight away in test mode, so you can try it as a customer. To take real bookings, choose a plan and press “Go live”.
Nothing is charged. Your booking page stays in test mode, so real customers can’t book. Your settings are kept so you can pick up where you left off, or you can ask us to delete your account.
Yes. There’s no contract. Cancel from your account and your plan runs to the end of the period you’ve paid for. Monthly plans aren’t refunded part-way through a month.
Yes, up or down, whenever you like. Changes are worked out pro rata by our payment provider, Stripe.
Yes, at any time. Export your bookings to CSV from the dashboard. When you close your account we keep it for 30 days in case you change your mind, then delete it for good.
